So. Mrs. Carter has done it again. Apparently Beyonce got her life from witnessing the way the internet reacted when she sneaked attacked us by releasing her 5th studio album 'BEYONCE' and decided that it was time for an encore.

Midnight on sunday, August 3, 2014 Nicki Minaj tweeted a link to the ***flawless remix. Now at first glance I thought Miss Onika took it upon herself to give us a cute verse over the original song. But girl, was I wrong! Not only did nicki give us a REAL rap verse laced with sass and metaphors and 5 star bitch qualities... BUT BEYONCE ALSO GAVE US NEW VERSES! TWO BITCH! 

Were you expecting that?! Because I was not! I did not get a fair warning. There wasn't a siren. No one sent me a letter detailing what I was about to be dragged into! 

Beyonce, ma'am... Who do you think you are?! Like I know you know exactly what you are doing and I am done! I'm still trying to recover from the way you ended my year back in December. How dare you! Of course some shit goes down when it's a billion dollars on the elevator?!   Well girl 98% of Americans including myself would not know that. Because we are broke bitches. We don't know billionaire problems. Beyonce. Stop. I had to work the next morning. You are so rude and disrespectful! 

As for you Nicki Minaj, please keep this little trend you got going. I don't want to see you on anymore red carpets dressed for blue Ivy's birthday party. Do not bring anymore lace fronts with the baby hair on tour. Stop contouring your nose for thursday night's drag show. All you need is a mic because at the end of the day you're talented.

A lot of people love this record, a lot of people don't. I personally love it. No it's not a #1 single, and no it won't be getting a video. It's a cute song and it keeps the girls talking. At this point in her career, Beyonce can play around, have fun,and experiment because she's worked hard enough to earn a permanent spot in music. Number one singles are no longer her concern. 

As for you other singing girls... Take out a pen and a sheet of paper. You have a lot to learn.

Guy Code Decoded: Getting a Guys Attention

Okay we all have that one guy who we'd kill to talk to. He's cute, smart, tall, dark and handsome, absolutely everything! But how do you get the guy if you can't get his attention? Not every guy is confident enough to just approach a girl, you gotta throw some hints! Once again I've surveyed a few of my wonderful guy friends( Thank You all for putting up with my random guy code questions xo) and I came up with a few things you should do if you want to get his attention.

1. Eye Contact
Ok don't be weird about it, but if you see him walking towards you don't be afraid to hold a short glance. Let him see you checking him out.

2. Smile =)
While you're holding a cute stare, smile a little bit! It'll show him that you're nice and approachable and not to mention he'll most likely smile back (That's always something to squeal about).

3.Say Hey!
So I know just the thought of making the first move makes your tummy turn and your palms all sweaty but just hear me out. Maybe he's shy and afraid to make the first move too. There's a lot of pressure for guys when it comes to talking to girls. Just try it out! Give a cute smile and say hey.

4.Give him a compliment
Don't be afraid to flatter him. Most girls wait around for the guy to give the compliment, be the girl that makes him blush and feel all fuzzy inside.


5.Be Confident
Remember that if he's not interested in you then nothing will change that. Be yourself and be confident. Don't do anything you don't feel comfortable doing. Guys can tell when a girl is comfortable in her skin. Nothing is sexier than a girl who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to go after it.

Guy Code Decoded: Texting

Ok ladies, so you know how you sit around with your friends and you talk about all the stupid things guys do and possible reasons why they do those stupid things? Well disregard every possible scenario that you've managed to come up with because 10 times out of 10, you are wrong. Guys are guys, and sometimes they do things girls will never understand. But no need to get all flustered because I come to you with valuable information that every girls needs. I've done the research, collected and analyzed the data, and put together the ultimate survival guide for the female species. This is Guy Code: Decoded!


When it comes to texting, every message matters. I played out a few scenarios for my guy friends and they gave me their input about what's going on in a guys mind when it comes to the world of texting.

1. You're constantly texting him first and he takes forever to respond.
Brace yourself because he's just not that into you. He probably doesn't see much coming out of the relationship and you should just back off. There's a small chance that he might actually be busy, but no matter how busy a person is, they still make time for the things that matter most to them. So if he's not putting in as much effort as you are then just take a step back and take your talents somewhere else. There's plenty of guys out there, don't get all emotional over the one guy that's not texting you back.

2. He calls you boo, baby, babe, and you guys aren't dating
He definitely wants the cheeks aka sex. He's just trying to be smooth and sweet talk you. This isn't necessarily a crime in my book, but some girls think too much into it. Just relax and go with the flow.
Don't send out the wedding invitations just yet.

3. He only hits you up during "booty call" hours.
If he does not text you at any other time, but always manage to ask "u up?" between 12a.m-3a.m, then he obviously has different plans for the both of you.

4. Emojis!!
We love emojis, they say the things we won't say upfront. They're a great way to flirt through text messages, so use them.

5. Is it your turn to send the first text?
This can save your life, because you could find yourself in a situation where you're always the one sending that first text of the day. If the conversation always ends because he stopped responding, then let him hit you up the next time you guys text. Don't sit by the phone counting the hours that goes by before he texts you either. Just chill out, if he wants to talk and if he's interested then he'll hit you up.

At the end of the day, texting should never become the number one issue in a relationship or a potential relationship. Stop making a big deal out of the little things =)

-So a team of A-list celebrities like Beyonce, Jane Lynch, and Jennifer Garner have joined together to encourage young girls to take the lead and discourage the use of the word "bossy". Studies show that girls were less likely to take leadership positions because of the fear of being called "bossy". 

A lot of women have been discriminated against because of their assertive attitudes in corporate America, especially if they were in a position of authority. I love  the fact that these strong intelligent women are coming together in the name of feminism to shed light on the sexism that exists in society. 

It is expected for boys and men a to become powerful leaders  but we frown at the sight of a powerful female individual. We criticize her for being too cold and demanding, labeling her as a "bitch" or "bossy". Instead of enabling a society that degrades women and encourages inequality in the work field, we should teach girls that they not only have power and brilliant ideas as well, but the right to express it. We are not just designed to be mothers and wives but we are also capable of being president and CEOs of a million dollar corporation. Let's #BanBossy and teach our daughters that they too can be pioneers for a better America.
